Bon Secours Corporate Facility
Marriottsville, Maryland

Blue Dot is proud to be in the process of replacing the HVAC systems in the Bon Secours facility located at 1505 Marriottsville, Maryland with a new state of the art energy saving Daikin VRV System and Tridium/KMC controls. The new HVAC system will decrease energy costs for the building by over $56,000 and reduce the need for water substantially since there will be no more need for boilers or cooling tower. The design and installation of the system is being handled entirely by Blue Dot and the project should be completed by January 2011. What makes this project even more exciting is that, through the efforts of the Blue Dot Energy Group, the project was approved for almost $200,000 in BGE Rebates.
